🌍 We’re Hiring: Project Manager – HR & IT Transformation

At TalenTeam, we help global organisations transform how they manage, engage, and develop their people — powered by SAP SuccessFactors and our own digital HR products.

As our project portfolio grows, we’re looking for a Project Manager to join our delivery team and help drive large-scale HR transformation programs across multiple regions.

You’ll work closely with clients, consultants, and internal teams to plan, execute, and deliver transformation projects that make a measurable impact.

💡 What You’ll Do
• Lead multiple concurrent HR and IT transformation projects (SAP SuccessFactors & TalenTeam solutions)
• Turn Statements of Work (SOWs) into structured, achievable delivery plans
• Manage project governance — RAIDs, WSRs, MoMs, and dashboards
• Collaborate across time zones with global client and delivery teams
• Monitor progress, risks, and dependencies — ensuring timely action and clear communication
• Support resource planning and contribute to pre-sales and PMO improvement initiatives

✅ What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of project management experience in HR or IT transformation
• Strong background in consulting or professional services
• Understanding of HR processes such as Onboarding, Learning, or Performance Management
• Familiarity with SAP SuccessFactors or similar cloud HR platforms
• Skilled in Smartsheet, Monday.com, MS Project, or Jira
• Excellent stakeholder communication and collaboration skills
• Passion for structure, delivery excellence, and continuous improvement
(SAP Activate, PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile experience a plus!)
